What to do before your appointment

• Complete your New Patient Registration From*
• Please remove any nail polish, shellac or acrylics from your toenails. Our podiatrists will not be able to complete the full treatment if these are present

What to expect when you arrive

If your appointment is between 9:15am and 4:15pm Monday to Thursday, you will be welcomed by Sally, our receptionist.

If your appointment is outside of these times, you will be greeted by the practitioner your appointment is with.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your appointment with us, you will need to do so with a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be subject to a charge up to the cost of your appointment.
