THE DIAMOND PACKAGE

Welcome to the Diamond membership package, on this page you will find all of the information about the service you've subscribed for.



WHAT'S INCLUDED?


With the Diamond Package you'll receive 9 standard general footcare appointments, which are 30 minutes, throughout the year. We usually recommend you come and see us roughly every 6 weeks with this package. As you'll be paying ahead, your appointment plan will be able to be booked in advance, meaning that you get your choice of appointments! If closer to the time you have a clash due to other reasons, let us know as soon you're able to and we can rearrange the appointment.


You'll receive 10% off all of our retail products, such as socks, nail varnishes and skincare - medicaments are not included. Additionally, you're entitled to 2 luxury upgrades, our warm wax treatment, for example, which provides deep moisturisation for your feet!


On special occasions such as your birthday and Christmas, you'll receive a gift from us, to say thank you for all of your support. The current gifts are a £10 M&S voucher for your birthday and a gift selection at Christmas.


MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS


  1. Membership plan is valid for minimum term of 12 months
  2. FootSense Podiatry Ltd offers different levels of membership which are set out in the information sheets provided. The choice of membership plan will determine the monthly cost and any benefits which may apply
  3. If you wish to change your level of membership, you are able to do so at the end of the contract period.
  4. Your allocated number of appointments as per your level of membership must be redeemed within the 12 month period. Members are unable to carry over any unused appointments into time after the 12 month period. Exceptions to this clause are made on a case-by-case basis at the management’s discretion.
  5. Payment can be made monthly for the duration of the 12 month period or paid in full at the start of your plan. Monthly payment must be automated via GoCardless debit card payment.
  6. Any missed appointments where less than 48-hours notice has been given will count as one of your membership plan appointments and will therefore be forfeited. Exceptions to this clause are made on a case-by-case basis at the management’s discretion.
  7. Appointments must be redeemed by the membership plan holder and cannot be transferred to any other person(s).
  8. Any additional general foot care appointments over and above your plan allocation will be chargeable at our standard general foot care follow up appointment fee.
  9. At the end of the 12 month commitment period, membership will continue automatically unless you provide us with 30 days notice to withdraw from the scheme.
  10. Appointment attendance is condition on payments to the plan being up to date and your membership current.
  11. In the event of staff absence or annual leave we may not be able to guarantee your first choice of practitioner.
  12. FootSense Podiatry reserves the right to change the membership fees however there will be no increase in your fees for the duration of the 12 month plan.
