What if I visit regularly at different intervals?
You can sign up for the Level which has longer gap than you regularly come, then pay for any addition treatments on top.
Example: you visit us every 5 weeks for a routine appointment.
Visiting every 5 weeks works out to around 10 appointments per year.
You would sign up for Level 3 - 8 appointments a year - and pay for the extra 2 appointments in addition to the subscription once your alotted 8 appointments had been used.
Is this available for short appointments?
Currently, we only offer our pay monthly planned for 30-minute stanard appointments.
Does it cost more or less than paying at each appointment?
It costs the same per appointment as it would if you paid on the day. The difference is that it would allow you to spread the cost over the year.
We don't believe you should be penalised for choosing to pay by month or at each appointment, so we've kept the price the same.
Can I book online if I sign up?
At this time, you will not be able to book online as this requires payment in advance and you will have already paid for your treatment.
When is the money taken out?
The money will be taken via direct debit on the 1st of each month.
Terms & Conditions
Payment Information:
- Payment is through GoCardless online via www.footsense-podiatry.co.uk/paymonthly
- Processing fees are included in the membership amount.
- Card payment details are held in GoCardless only and are not shared with any other systems.
- Client name, plan type and date are taken from GoCardless by us and stored on your patient record.
Content Access:
- The membership benefits are only valid for the client named on the membership and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
- Treatments included are podiatry return appointments only, meaning first-time patients are unable to sign up until they've had a New Patient Appointment.
- The Annual health check will occur once a year during a podiatry return appointment, the clinician will discuss when this is most appropriate for you.
- Discount of 10% on retail products and 5% on medicaments (exclusions apply – ask reception for details).
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation will occur after 12 months unless a renewal occurs. An email will be sent to the patient to inform them.
- Cancellation under specific circumstances will be considered, please contact tamsin.hogg@footsense-podiatry.co.uk with information. In this case 1 months notice must be given, and charges may be payable if appointments used are over the proportion of months paid. An invoice will be sent clearly displaying any further charges, with an agreed timeline to settle.
Limitation of Liability:
- It is the responsibility of the client to book future, appropriately-spaced appointments. If all appointments are not utilised, they cannot be carried over or reimbursed. Exceptions to this clause are made on a case-by-case basis at the management’s discretion.
- Any missed appointments where less than 24-hours notice has been given will count as one of your membership plan appointments and will therefore be forfeited. Exceptions to this clause are made on a case-by-case basis at the management’s discretion.
- FootSense Podiatry reserves the right to change the membership fees at any time, but will not do so without written confirmation of at least 7 days.
- In the event of staff absence or annual leave we may not be able to guarantee your first choice of practitioner.
- Any additional general foot care appointments over and above your plan allocation will be chargeable at our standard general foot care follow up appointment fees
